Had it on my IPad and iPad upgraded and now the it won’t open

I am 92 and have been playing Rummy Cube for months and now when I click the icon it shuts me out. What can I do to correct this?

Update 2 days ago crashed my app. I cannot open the game. I tried contacting the developer, but the developer is unavailable. Developer……Please put out an update to correct the last “update” that you did. Thank you.

Wont load on the iPad any longer. Works fine on the iPhone 😢

Love this game, but like with so many the developer doesn’t keep up with current system software updates. This has happened with multiple games so very frustrating to find a game you enjoy only to loose access a few months after downloading.

Can’t even open to play. Just closes!

Best of the rummy cube games. Great game that I’ve been playing for years. Best part about the game is how fast the dev responds to suggestions or problems.

I love this game! Play every night. However, for some reason it isn’t loading right the hand loads up into the playing board instead of the space below were supposed to be. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app and everything. So I guess I won’t be playing anymore because of that I’m only giving it three stars because I can’t play it anymore. Otherwise it would’ve been five.

Ad of late Feb 2025 the new interface is unusable. Deleting app snd moving on!

Please explain why in almost every game( at least 9 out of 10 times) the house starts with 9 to 12 tiles placed right from the start? It really is frustrating to start almost every game from behind.

I never update apps for a good reason. I play against the app and I see how sometimes it is stupid! Could win but doesn't! I am a pro at it! Played since 10 years old! 52 years in all! I win the app so easily! But i love it!

Played this game for years but it is not working well on iPad Pro 2024. Tiny tiles on original screen size board. Hopa it gets fixed meanwhile will look for another rummy cube game to download.

I can’t find a game and then it won’t connect. Takes forever to get a game started.

I really like this version of the games. I just wish that you could play with personal friends who also play.

I have had the Rummycube game on my iPad for years, and throughly enjoyed it. NOW it is extremely frustrating to connect? Why NOW so many glitches, inability to play with a friend? She can’t connect w me, not me with her. We each get notice the other has invited us, but CANNOT CONNECT!!!!

I like the game. It’s just that I never win. Not once. What fun is that? Can’t decide if I should delete. Probably will when I get fed up. Otherwise it functions well. Thanks

Tired of this game freezing up. Happens every day.

I downloaded this game several years ago to play on my iPad. Never had any problem playing on my iPad. So I downloaded on my cell phone in 2021. It’s too frustrating to play on the cell phone as it constantly freezes and if I put a card on the board and want to add to it it keeps saying that the board is not valid because that pieces aren’t exactly touching and it won’t let me straighten them. So, if someone else has said you can’t see all the cards in the tray. I deleted the game off my cell phone.

I play against the game. I’d like to see the other players tiles when the game is over.

Love this game!

I like the game but it’s just so awkward to play. Multiple times tiles get ‘stuck’ on the board and can’t be interacted with. I have a game now with three king of hearts down, which is what prompted this review. Several times I have had lots of tiles in my hand and due to auto-scrolling rapidly from one end to the next I cannot access middle tiles I want to use on the board. So, will likely delete it and look for something better.

I play this against the game and love it. A few times lately the game has left the board with an in valid play, i.e. 9, joker, 10, Queen, King rather than 9, 10, joker, Queen, King. It then comes to me as an invalid board and I can’t fix it. All I can do is quit and start a new game. Hope you can fix this.

I love this game, and play it almost daily. I'm docking one star for the lack of ANY sounds. If this game had sound effects similar to the VERY satisfying sound effects of TouchRummy, I'd add back that fifth star. PLEASE add some sort of sound.

Great little game as a solitaire. Really like it and the layout too. However, there is no sound. Is this the norm? Many thanks.

I got a few minutes into a game and the ads were going ok, then just as a new ad began it killed the game I was playing - it completely crashed, to the point as if I hadn’t played at all. I shan’t be playing again it seems.

Great to play as solitaire. Haven't had any crashes in years and I play on iPad Mini so it's a good size to see the board.

I enjoy this game except for the off-line opponents inability to use the joker correctly. They make stupid mistakes and near the end of the games often use the joker(s) incorrectly. I tried the online game but I pick up my iPad at odd times and usually can’t finish a game I one sitting. It’s not fair to the other online opponents.

I downloaded this app so I can play with friends in other states. We tried to start a game several times but it wouldn’t start for both people. The game always said pending. The instructions are not clear how to get both players together without one always pending.

love to play, but will delete the app if I keep seeing ads for Trump. Geez - I play games to keep from watching him in the news. I don’t want that jerk in my games too.

There are a lot of issues with this game. They don’t seem to want to fix them. I would try and find another rummy cube game app. Would have rated it 0, but won’t let you.

I wish there was a running score to see how many games you won vs how many played.

I have rarely experienced the freezing others have reported. I would like to see a winning tally of how many games I've won or lost.. would like a chance to increase the size of the tile as well. I really love playing this.

I had a wild cube as a king of spades and the game took it and didn’t replace the king and used it elsewhere. I’m deleting this game. It has happened before.

Does anyone know how to play IPad to IPad? I can play IPad to IPhone.

Hey Daniel. Loved this game for years, but lately, I can never get a game with a real player. What's up with that?

I love playing this on my iPad but it was impossible to play on my cell. I couldn’t see all the tiles along the bottom even using the arrows. I received an email with the developer’s name and contact information and a suggestion to dove my issue with the app! He was spot on, I was using Zoom display. Once I changed it to Normal view display, my issues disappeared. Thank you for getting to me so quickly with a solution. I love playing this game.

I don't know of it is the game or people quit when they see that they are losing. Game should tell me that the player quit if that is the case. Very frustrating. Happens often.
